Smps have three things for testing.......
1 voltage
2 smps working
3 power cable
! Smps power cable testing-->set your multi meter on beep point.set one point in wire top and 2 in bottam.you hear a sound like beep so cable is in working condition....
! Smps working-->on your computer smps.set your m.meter on 20v dc.attach black wire of m.meter in smps black wire and red wire in green wire....if m.meter show +5v then smps is ok......
